Returns and Refunds

HomazingDesign accepts returns of goods within 100 days of order delivery.

How to return or exchange products

To request the return authorization, the Customer must send a request to [email protected] The items to be returned or exchanged must be specified in the email; or the customer can contact us via chat. Returns and exchanges are FREE.

The return procedures are processed directly through the system in this order:

1- Request for acceptance of the return

2 - Approval of the request and issue of the return acceptance email

3 - Shipping of the product to be returned together with the confirmation email

4 - Receipt of the package in our logistics

5 - Confirmation of receipt made compliant with the request

6 - Issue of a purchase voucher valid for purchases on our site, or refund and credit note issued in the name of the customer.



If you have made a return, the refund will be made within ten working days from the date of delivery of the package to the courier.

When we receive your return in stock we will send you a confirmation email.

Did you pay cash on delivery?

During the online return process you can choose the refund method you prefer, between credit note or bank transfer.

Did you pay by credit card?

In this case, the refund will be made on the same card or on the associated current account. It may happen that the date of the refund, on your statement, coincides with that of the purchase.

Have you paid with Paypal?

You will receive the amount for the returned items on the same Paypal account.


How to book a new pickup
You can book a new home collection only by contacting the courier directly.

If the product is defective
If an item received is defective, you can proceed with a claim.

How to cancel a return
If after carrying out the return procedure in your account you decide to keep the goods this does not involve any additional expense.

100 days to return your order
You have 100 days to return your order for free.

Return without original box or tag
To return your items, make sure the tag is still attached and the product is intact.

If the package you received is damaged
If the courier delivered a damaged package to you, but the items are intact, you can use another box to make the return

Change an article
It is not possible to exchange items but you can return them for free and, if you wish, order them again

Refund for purchases with payment on delivery
If you paid for your order in cash you can choose between bank transfer

Iban and BIC / SWIFT code are two bank details we need to refund you

Subsequent return of multiple items for the same order
If after returning an item from your order you want to return others, you can do so within 100 days of delivery
